We are requested by the European Commission to assist in the monitoring of contracts of the Energy Facility’s call for proposals financed under the 10th EDF.
We supported the EU Delegations and ACP Secretariat in the monitoring of the over 100 projects financed under the Energy Facility throughout the implementation process until the end of the execution of the projects.
A monitoring system has been established, which will combine desk-based reviews and thematic studies, with on-site missions to verify results and assist projects with problems in implementation.
Additional tasks such as regional seminars, capitalisation and best practices, or dissemination of the results of the Energy Facility are also delivered by us. Furthermore, we have developed a database allowing tracking of project information and achievements, through the use of scorecards, tables, data exports etc.
