Danish Energy Management Gets a New Owner

In 2024, Danish Energy Management (DEM) became part of Spangenberg & Madsen Consulting Engineers A/S (S&M). The new ownership marks a natural progression of the long-standing collaboration between the two consulting companies. The integration of competencies and resources will strengthen both S&M’s and DEM’s position in the Danish market and create new opportunities for growth and development internationally. Projects and partnerships at DEM will continue as before, but now within a new and strengthened constellation aimed at creating even greater value for customers, employees, and partners.

The management of DEM will henceforth consist of:

• Michael Søgaard Rasmussen, Chief Executive Officer
• Jørn Lykou, Global Business Director
• Ole Svane Hansen, Head of the National Team

Danish Energy Management looks forward to continuing its positive development—both nationally and globally—under the ownership of Spangenberg & Madsen.
