We were tasked by Danida to provide:
- An in-depth overview of the energy sector in Vietnam, including policy environment, opportunities, risks, and financing gaps/challenges
- An identification and assessment of future sub-sector focus for the Danida Business Partnerships and Finance Programme within renewable energy and energy efficiency during the transition period (2011-2015)
- An assessment and recommendation of feasible new Danish initiatives within renewable energy and energy efficiency
