Sustainable production with Danish technology

Promotion of energy efficiency and decarbonizing the energy supply, through the use of renewable energy, are the two ways to reduce carbon footprint and increase Sustainability practices.

DEM, together with the Trade Council in Turkey, assessed opportunities for promotion of Sustainability practices in a textile manufacturing plant in Turkey owned by Danish United Textile Group (UTG) located in Erbaa Organized Zone.

‍How much more sustainable can the production be made using existing Danish technology? And how soon will the investment be paid off and generate financial and environmental savings for UTG and for Turkey?
